A Japanese man named Toco spent $15,000 to fulfill his childhood dream of wearing a costume that looks like a collie dog.
‘I became a collie dog to fulfill my dream of becoming an animal since I was a child,’ Toco said in a clip.
‘I remember writing in my grade school graduation book that I wanted to be a dog and walk outside’ Toto explained.
In videos posted on his personal YouTube channel with 30,000 followers, Toco can be seen wearing the dog costume in public places, being led around on a leash.
Toco sniffs other dogs in the park and performs dog-like behaviors such as rolling on the grass. In other videos, Toco hardly speaks, appearing to be fully in character.
Toco first gained attention with his realistic Border Collie costume, which he frequently wore in public.
This costume, often seen being towed around in a giant cart, allowed Toco to live out his dream of becoming an animal.
