A mysterious beast was spotted in West Virginia Park
On social media, a viral was shared by WSAZ NewsChannel 3 showing a mysterious beast in West Virginia park.
The video has the caption: “Mystery animal in Ritter Park’
In the footage, a strange animal spotted in a West Virginia park has left both locals and experts scratching their heads. The bizarre creature was seen near a group of deer at Ritter Park in Huntington on October 24. Brittany Keller, on her way to work, first noticed the animal’s unusual appearance.
A mysterious beast was describe has a dark furry creature with a while stripe.
The animal had a dark, furry coat, a long white stripe, and a curved tail. Keller was stunned by the sight and immediately stopped to take a video with her phone. “When I stopped to take a better look, I realized it was nothing I had ever seen here before,” she told WSAZ 3News.
Many wide rage of theoris about mysterious beast
Keller shared the video on social media, sparking a flood of guesses from viewers.
The video sparked many theories about the mysterious beast. Many speculated that the mysterious beast might be a lemur.
However, another person suggested the creature might be a bear cub.
Additionally, another theory came from a resident who confidently identified the creature as a “lion cub.”
One person said: It looks like a kudamundi to me. I saw one in Florida one time eating oranges on a picnic table in a campground.
A second wrote: It kinda looks like a coatimundi, which people do get as pets. It’s very skinny, though. Poor thing. Fox or lost pet, looks like it could use some help before winter hits.
While a third commented: “Definitely not a fox” meanwhile looks exactly like multiple pictures of, you guessed it, a mangy fox.
Another added: it looks like the racoon type animal i’ve seen in Mexico.
However, Andy McKee from the Zoology Zone Science Center quickly dismissed this idea. He explained that lemurs are native to Madagascar, making it highly unlikely for one to appear in Huntington unless it was someone’s pet.
Additionally, Keller’s video caught the attention of two women walking in the park with children.
While theories abound, the identity of the strange-looking creature remains unsolved. Experts are still baffled by the footage, and the debate over what the animal could be continues to spark intrigue online. For now, the mystery beast of Ritter Park remains a local enigma.
This is not the first mysterious creature that was captured.
Previously, a mysterious creature was spotted in the park, which sparked many theories.
A mysterious creature was captured on trail camera.
A trail camera video has sparked signficant online buzzz. The footage showed a mysterious creature, leading many to speculate it could be a ‘skin-walker’ or a ‘chupacabra.’
The unusual footage was discoverd by Michael ‘Dumas’ Demel, a Texas resident. Demel had set up multiple cameras in hunting areas to monitor wildlife activity.
A creature left locals baffled about its identity.
When reviewing the footage, Demel was surprised to see an unfamiliar being. He expected typical wildlife, such as deer, raccoons, or squirrels.
“I have three cameras set up at separate hunting locations,” Demel explained. “They usually capture coyotes, deer, bobcats, rabbits, raccoons, and foxes.”
Then, Demel contacted the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. However, their experts were also unable to maked a definitive identification.
A spokesperson from the department said, “We consulted our mammologist, but the image quality makes identification impossible.”
